Human Resources Director (Europe) Type: Interim - Initial one year contract
The Company Our client, a division of a billion-turnover group is looking for an experienced HR professional to take control of all HR issues across their European functions.
The Role You will take responsibility for providing a full HR service to the European business (approx. 500 employees), ensuring commonality of approach and that the highest quality of employees are recruited trained and retained.
· Provide appropriate legislative advice to the Managing Director · Review, introduce and recommend relevant policies and procedures · Recommend and source appropriate training solutions consistent with company`s business and quality objectives · Establish and maintain positive working relationships with GM`s and relevant work councils · Drive implementation of global HR initiatives · Develop and implement global compensation plan
You · A graduate and*or holder of an HR related qualification with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience · Knowledge and understanding of six sigma concept philosophy · Strong negotiating and communication skills · Training experience and competence · Multi lingual skill advantageous
Location: Woking, Surrey Salary: £65,000
